It's crazy how effective he was during the whole process, even though the front desk was packed I was able to get in and out. On top of that he kept me informed through the whole process of the car getting worked on which made me feel confident in what needed to be done. I got my car next day and it ran like a champ. Thank you Mr. Vasquez and Cerritos Nissan!!!

My license plate was damage and the frame was broken. Instead of changing it they asked to get one so I can change it myself. I was very disappointed.
