Tony Fears is one great service advisor. I have no Fear to see Tony Fear. He tried his best to understand what the problem is and let me hop in my car with the mechanic.
This was the second time we come for our stuff to be fix and we got the insurance to cover but we end up paying out of our own pocket and when the service was done he didn’t even call to tell us if it was done becoz we do need the car for work and if u guys was closed and we didn’t get the car I would be really upset
Your service team need to be more trustworthy
and dependable. Example not just telling you what you want hear and the person i worked with was not working with me at all. If you buy a used car from there you get treated different and ignored
