Brian is very helpful and always makes sure that I am knowledgeable of what services are being done to the car and he always explains everything in full detail and he’s very patient and takes his time and does not rush to get you out he’s a very kind and hard-working person. I thank him for the services that he has provided me and making sure that my car is safe for me to drive
Eric was great. I live his flexibility and consideration of when I can return my car. The text messaging to communicate updates is appreciated. Since I was in meetings all day and was not able to answer calls, it made it simpler to keep me informed hence I can arrange my day better.
My oil change did not even start until after waiting an hour and 45 minutes. I had to voice my concerns to even get it done! Very disappointed! Tony Fears went above and beyond to help the situation. Tony was great!
