Words cannot express how greatul I am. I am pleased to say that Erik has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He went above and beyond to show customer satisfaction. My truck was in serious need of work. Erik made sure I had transports for the days my truck was not available and worked with my warrentees to help cover all the costs of much needed work.
This is the first time I have experienced such outstanding customer service.

Victor was very nice, polite, and helpful. I usually arrive knowing that it’s going to be a wait and I’m ok with it but this time was different as I needed to pick up my daughter from practice and I was kinda In a time crunch. I mentioned this to him and asked how long it would be, he explained that normally it is and hour to an hour and half wait but that he would see what he could do to help me and he sure did deliver. Just as he notified me that my car was done my daughter was calling me to let me know that practice was over so I was able to pick her up, wow was I relieved and very grateful. Also, while I was waiting he was able to provide me with a list of prices for tires that was perfect to bring home to my husband to look over. I must say I was very satisfied with my experience and service today. These are the things that make me want to continue to get my service done here.

my card got scratch on front fender during this service. Service manaer is verifying the cause and i really hope Nissan comes out a good respond on this to get my car fixed.
Today has been by far the worse service I have had when dealing with the service center. My appointment was for 8 am but I was able to bring in my vehicle earlier which I was able to leave for service. I spoke to Kenneth and we went over what my vehicle needed and what I also wanted checked out. Over 4 hrs later and me trying to get an update in regards to my car I was finally told that Kenneth would check with the technician to see what he saw as far as my request. The total lack of communication and truly unlike Nissan service has left a poor taste in my mouth. My normal rep is johnathan but he was off today and I feel like next time I will just wait for him to be available of schedual for a day he will be in.
Jonathan did a great job and was nice and answered all my questions. His Spanish speaking skills helped me as well.
