Jonathan made my experience @ Cerritos Nissan a truly wonderful one. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. He also explained to me what was going to be done and also gave me a heads up what I might expect on my next service. He is a very nice Service Advisor and I appreciate his expertise.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with today’s visit. I went with the intention of getting 1 tire fixed because a nail was lodged in. Nisan wanted me to buy 4 new tires! A big purchase like that needs to be planned. The tires were only 2 years old purchased at Nissan Cerritos!!! Only 24k miles on them. Very dissatisfied with the lack of warranty on tires. Impossible for me to keep purchasing 4 tires every 2 years. Went home with the nail in the tire. Not fixed.

Well I came by to have my battery serviced and Kenneth assured me he had checked the battery and it was good so I had spent 80 plus dollars and then the next day my car would not start and I was stuck at store for 2 hours waiting for service truck and they said the battery had a bad cell and the next day I came back to uougsnd bought a new battery and had to pay another 40.09 labor and I do t think that was fair

Jonathan was courteous. However, I am disappointed with the service process. I took my car in because during an oil change- it was noticed that the car was leaking from the transmission. Tbe vehicle is still under the 60,000 warranty. When I took it in to the Nissan servive center I was asked to pay a $145 (approx.)diagnostic. Which I did. I was told it would take 5 hours to have it checked,to take pictures, to send for approval to be repaired under the warranty. 5 hours later, I was told they had to drop the transmission to check where it was leaking from. I thought that was done during the 5 hours. I was also told the cost would be $2,300. That was just to check- no repairs. Then, I was told that they needed to do that to check which part was needed and it was not known if the part was covered under warranty. I purchased the vehicle in 2017. It is under 60,000 miles and it should not be giving me any problems with the ttansmission. I believe it should all be covered by the warranty witout any expense to me. I feel like I was sold a lemon. I had not bought a car in 20 years. I took a chance with Nissan and the vehicle is already failing me. I need answers and the warranty to cover the transmission.
