Carlos was great , the cost of service was great. However the technician ruin a perfect car detail. I had my car detailed before I brought it in and requested it not be washed. They washed it. I had plastic inside it was removed and the inside was black. Me, Carlos and another guy were scrubbing the interior of my car. I paid $200 dollars to have my car detailed and I was on the verge of tears. Never had that experience before. I brought new tires and asked that they not be rotated just perform a wheel alignment. They switch them. My car dirty and etc
