Kenneth’s communication was very poor and unprofessional. He did not explain to me the cha he’s that we’re made nor did he reach out to me to tell me that they were keeping my car overnight.

I specifically asked Jaime to check and adjust pressure in my tires, but didn’t take care of it. I received my car with pressure of 10psi lower from requirement in each tire. This is not acceptable.
