Victor Silva did an excellent job handling my car maintenance service today. He is very straightforward and honest. He told me what my car needed. He recommended services that i was not expecting to be done today without being pushy. All the personnel i met today at Nissan Cerritos is courteous and trained. 5 stars out of 5!
