Tony Fears was great in assisting me with my transmission issues. He made my experience positive especially dealing with the warranty company to ensure my claim went smoothly. The use of text updates were great. I didn’t have to make a single call to check on my what the status of my car repair was at. Definitely no fear when Tony Fears is handling my auto service. He’ll definitely deserve a back to back employee of the year award.
