Yes I was very satisfied with the young lady that helped me I believe her name was Paloma anyways last time I had my oil change I was there for three hours the guy that helped me for got about me and went to lunch that’s what I was told when after waiting so long I walked up to ask about my car thay told me that my car had been ready but nobody told me it was ready like I said till I walked to the front to see what was going on that’s when thay told me that the person that helped me was on lunch anyways again I was very satisfied with Paloma thanks

I got 2 quotes for the exact same device at other nissans and the price difference was absolutely absurd. Now my breaks sound worse than ever, which I don’t understand. I’m very disappointed... You saw 2 young people and tried to take advantage and it’s just disgusting

Paloma was A great service advisor. When I asked how long the wait will be and she told me she will get me out of there within 2 hours which was less than 2 hours. I will most definitely be back to the service department. Also everyone was being safe by wearing their masks.

Longbeach? is? permanantly closed for? business.? Overall, I? was? not quite satisfied with? my experience at? Nissan Cerritos.
