For 15000 mile service had to wait there from 9:30 to 4:00

My car is a brand new Sentra SR and this is 3rd time I have had to taken in for service for the same thing that’s been giving me an issue and I hope I don’t get this issue again. Also my car was promised to be on July 9th and after calling up Nissan Cerritos 8-10 times I got a hold of the manager who was kind enough to speed up the process and got my car ready within hours. Like a simple update on the car was expected at least?
All I can say is Tony is very kind, helpful and very polite. He kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. Great customer service.

Jaime is always there fit me in, whenever the computer doesn't allow me to make an appointment. He listens and take care of my car and answers all of my questions and concerns.
