Where do I start. I purchased a 2019 Nissan rogue two weeks ago and it left me stranded due to a bad battery. How does this happen when Nissan is suppose to check everything. I called on a Sunday and with no luck on help. I had to take time off from work and go the dealer. When I arrived I wasmy even greeted and then asked did you buy your car at this dealer. rereally the new car sticker says cerritos Nissan. I had to wait 4 hours for a battery. Does this sound right to you. So disappointed in Nissan I've had 3 Nissan's and never have I been treated so bad. Your service department needs to get it together. Service service should be your number 1 priority.

Yes Eric was amazing and very helpful. My washer fluid wasn't replaced after it was flushed and Eric took care of it quickly and got me back on my way with no problem!

In my opinion Ivann is the best he listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I had a concern about my vehicle right after they had checked it out I call the service department and ask to speak to Ivann express my concern he asked me to bring the car back in which I did Ivann took a look and assure me that it was ok, again thanks for your help.
