Brian Guillen has been exceptional! He has amazing customer service and strives to make the customer happy. He maintained communication to let me know about the changes with my vehicle and was very helpful with all my questions. Eric was very excellent in delivering customer service. He made sure my car was in great condition before leaving the facility. He told us it would take 3 hours but was able to get the done job in less time! Great Job Eric!

Jonathon I as great. I had to wait 5 hours for a oil change and a recall computer update that is no more than a 30 to 60 min. update. Maybe even less. However, I really did not need a oil change as I was only at 58,000 but and not due for one until I neared 61,500 I had to bring in for the recall and for the reason that the last oil change your service dept performed left my car leaking oil Whether they installed a faulty oil filter or did not fastened the filter correctly but not my problem. My Murano is a 2017 and runs great. But your service dept continues to not perform to at a high level. Every oil change they perform says my tire were properly service. Wrong the tires air pressure is always off just like they this oil change. You all need to walk the talk! Dealership do not operate as they did back in the days. You all worry about numbers and not delivering quality service these days.

I was seen right away, they arranged a ride home for me, updated me quickly about the diagnostic results, fixed the problem, and took care of my recall that I had been avoiding...it couldn't have been any easier. I had my car back later that afternoon, and I am happy about that!! Great service, actually changed my view about dealerships. Tony Fears, I give you 5 stars!!

Eric was so kind & patient. I was apprehensive about returning to your dealership for service, after my previous visit. Eric assured me that everything would be great and that he would take good care of me. I left as a happy camper! Thanks again Eric!!

Recently went in due to a transmission problem with my 2016 car. The fix is supposed to covered under my warranty but they tried charge me $1.8k for a “damage” that is also supposed to be covered since it’s apart of the transmission. Took my car to DOWNEY Nissan and they completed my service and only charged me a small fee (reasonable price) for a dent in my cars oil pan. Everything else they covered since the 2016 bulletin report states all parts including what Cerritos tried charging me for should’ve been covered. Upset because they tried making extra $. Will be taking my services to Downey since they were honest.

I made an appointment for my Leaf for a Tuesday. When I brought the car in my assigned service agent informed me that there was no Leaf technician in that day. Why aren’t the people who make appointments given the schedules of the technicians so that customer’s time is not wasted and customers are not left without a car for an extra day? This is a simple fix.

I don’t think my car got washed. It was a 2 hour wait. Jonathan did not tell me what services were done on my car.
