No updates were given on my vehicle. I had to call in and check up on it constantly. Key was lost before services could even be done to vehicle. Was promised to get feedback on services and any other recomendaciones for vehicle with in 2-3 hours. I called after 4 hours to see what was going on. Asked service advisor to speak to supervisor, I was told he was very busy and would call me back eventually. I called 5 minutes later and spoke to supervisor right away, not sure if Situation was being avoided. I expected more respect and communication specially after spending over $500 on services to my vehicle. May not return to Cerritos Nissan.
It was good but I had an appointment and I was there from 10:30 until 2:00 the wait time is ridiculous need to do better
