Carlos could have expressed more empathy towards my concerns with ny vehicle. Carlos showed little to no customer service at the beginning of my appointment, i felt no support and anxious when i dropped it off - rather than relieved .
Jonathan was great and very considerate but once he made the call to have car delivered, that was quite a long wait.
Eric is the best and always takes good care of me! Thanks Eric ????????

Hay muchas cosas con las cuales no estoy satisfecho, me prometieron labar el carro y tuve que reclamar, cambiaron los algo en la batería y no limpiaron los bornes están llenos de corrosión, los limpia vidrio, me están raspando el parabrisas...que más no se que no hicieron bien...???

Great service provided by Paloma. However must have personnel making sure people are following the pandemic safety requirements n perhaps take temperatures before allowing clients to wait inside. I had a lady stand very close to me and my daughter using her computer talking on the phone with her mask off I had to move away . It was brought up to Palomas attention don’t know if it was taken care of since I decided to wait outside better.
