Jacob was very personable and put me at ease for my first visit to your shop. I am new to the city and have been a Nissan customer since I purchased my vehicle at Marlowe Heights in MD in 2015. The same year we moved to Indianapolis and lived there for 5 years and the Passport Nissan on Lafayette Road took care of our service needs. Jacob was very thorough in his explanation and took his time to inform me of the additional maintenance needed. He didn't pressurize me, but let me consult my husband via phone. Yes, he did an excellent job. I commend him for his professional customer service and I will return and make sure my husband brings his 2015 Nissan Altima for service, too.

Eric is so knowledgeable about his job and explained everything that I needed to have serviced on my truck. Prior to coming to the dealership I already had an idea what I wanted done on my truck and Eric just enumerated them one by one. It just confirmed my thoughts. Thanks Eric. My experience at the dealership was so positive that it debunked my negative preconceptions of dealership service.
