I had to bring my vehicle twice for the same issue. I had to pay an out of pocket expense for a battery when I just purchased this vehicle three months ago from Cerritos Nissan. I am disappointed with this Nissan dealer. I gave them a great review last time, but I have to take it back. I will be advising a lawyer to help me with my issue.
In my maintenance service, I didn't feel he was very accommodating.

Very helpful, I had my baby in a stroller and he kindly opened the door for me he also drove my car to me to make it easy for me to get into. Smallest things like that make it to be such great customer service experience.
