My Service Rep was super nice and kept me informed about my car and possible things that needed to be fixed. My car was washed and they were done with my service in a timely manner.

Eric cleaned up everybody else’s mess. I had horrible service the entire process of buying my truck. It was handled all wrong, but nobody cares to listen or accommodate me so I’m pretty positive you don’t care. After Eric took over he made sure it was all taken care of, but that doesn’t excuse the behavior of your sales people.
I really appreciated his follow up calls & his explanation of my needed car repairs.
