Carlos wasn’t very helpful and provided poor customer service. Cerritos Nissan sent me a service coupon and when I scheduled the appointment I asked if I’d be able to use it and was told I could. Carlos said he couldn’t validate it because the type of oil it covered differed what my car used. I would politely ask that coupons sent to my address from your dealer are applicable to my Nissan. We were not intending to return due to the poor customer service we received during our last service appointment but were motivated by the low price for an oil change. I doubt we will be back

Today Sept. 28, 2020, I had a “wheel promise”(pink note) appointment to have my front bumper scuff corrected/fixed and I was unpleased with my entire experience. First, I feel the attendent upon arrival should’ve been more clear with prompting me with what to expect because all he did was gesture me to which lane to go to and then he turned around to talk to his colleagues. From that point, I parked and sat in my truck for 20mins waiting with no interaction. A simple “I’ll be right with you.” Or “We will get started promptly at 7am.” would’ve been nice, to help me know that they knew I was waiting and would be helped shortly. I even made sure to arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment to have a smooth running experience since I took a half day off work to get this matter tend to. After seeing the service advisor I waited for another hour to get an update on the status of my vehicle. I was told that the body shop that will be working on my truck will not open until 8am, even though my appointment was at 7am. I was puzzled at the fact that they would schedule an appointment for a time of which the service would not start until a whole hour later. By now, it was 8:40am, and I was finally able to get my vehicle serviced. However, I was notified there were two vehicles ahead of me now, and it would take about 3-4hrs. Good thing is, the body shop completed the work on my truck in two hours. Unfortunately, the work was subpar. I made the effort to go to the dealership expecting good quality service, but was given the complete opposite. For lack of better words, the work looked like it was fixed using nail polish. The scuff mark looks even more noticeable now than before it was serviced. Altogether, I’m in disbelief about the quality of service that I was presented that day.

I didn't receive any paperwork showing my truck had a leak. And check engine light was reset. I should of received a copy for my records. Seems like you guys just read a script.

I don’t need to be contacted. My service advisor and technician are not my reason for my opinion. My only comment is that I made an appointment only after reserving/requesting an uber on your site. I live 2.13 miles away and within the 10 mile range stated on your site for uber rides. I also confirmed this reservation/request with a Nissan representative (at 855) 976-7562) that an Uber would drop me off at home while my car was serviced. He looked me up in the system and assured me that I was set. I made changes to my day in order to take my car in only because of this. My advisor seemed surprised when I told him I had made previous arrangements through Nissan and said you didn’t offer that. I know this may seem petty, but it really comes down to the principle of things. I am not sure if your website is not updated, or if my advisor was not informed through your computer system, but this is my commentary. In the end, my advisor was able to get me an Uber but it was kind of annoying that it wasn’t a given like promised. I am a firm believer that all commentary can be helpful and hope mine helps. Thank you.
