Report said that all fluids were topped off and vehicle was washed. The only fluid that was topped of was engine oil all other fluids were not topped off and vehicle was not washed. For the hour that I was there I would of imagined that those fluids and the wash would of haves been taken care off.

Jaime answered all my questions kelp me up with everything going on with my car my car was ready when promised! I have been working with Jaime for years i really trust him and he keeps my car running great i just do what he advises thank you Nissan for Jaime very happy with Nissan

Was for routine service and asked Victor to get my windshield wiper blade replaced because it’s broken. He said it can wait for next service and can walk me to the shop if I want one. Just confuse isn’t he suppose to provide that for me? After the visit I still have a broken wiper blade and I’ll do it myself. Also the next day my tire pressure light turned on which tells me no air was put in? Last service I also put some air myself after the light pressure went on. For the last fifteen years I’ve been taking care of by previous advisor except for the last two service.

I can’t thank Eric Adamson enough for his services, very polite, very clear and he called me on the my phone and let me know that my car was finished and they was about to wash it and will come and get me when the car was done.. now that’s what I call customer service communication, Thank you Cerritos Nissan for taking back to customer matter.. He was excellent..????????

No me gusto k le cambiaron los tapones de el motor sin mi permiso Xk yo solo lo lleve a el cambio de aceite y no creo k deben hacerle nada más sin aberme avisado antes eso es irresponsable tomar decisión sin avisar antes eso pienso es un mal servicio y deberían respetar las decisiones k los clientes pidan es la prima vez k voy a el servicio ahí y no se me respeto lo k yo pedí así k es un muy mal servicio para mi .....
