Eric did his best but, Cerritos Nissan as a whole stinks. I was warned not to come to this Cerritos Nissan and now I know why!! I have many issues with my NEW car that I’ve only had for two months!! I was very dissatisfied with the excuses given to me about certain features of my car. Marci Y

Carlos Fuentes was very professional and courteous. However, I am very disappointment with the diagnosis of the mechanical issues of my 1988 Nissan Hard Body truck. I know it is an old vehicle but I feel the Service technician should have been a little more helpful with a 'Customer' using a NISSAN vehicle for over 30 YEARS! I have supported NISSAN vehicles and service since my purchase of this 1988 vehicle in December of '1987'. However, I was given a very sjalittle consideration because of the age of the vehicle's age instead of extra consideration of being an owner demonstrating the longevity of a Nissan product. I asked for my vaccum hoses to be replaced and replaced in the proper order. What I received was an estimate of $339, a discussion of the fuel being pumped excessively on one side and a comment that the parts were probably not available anyway This from the dealership shows very little concern for loyal customers. I believe Nissan can do better and I would be very happy to talk to a Regional or District Nissan official about this matter. My name is Keith Y

Well my vehicle is a 2017 cargo NV1500 with 18000 miles I brought it for a regular maintenance an a recall I just walk in to get service on my vehicle. The greeter reception was punctual and polite he offer me an Spanish speaker advisor which I did aceptes have no problem, few minutes later Carlos come out to help me with the service for my van everything was going well till he walk me to his side work to let me know the type services apply for the miles on mi van giving me the three options I have to choose. I did choose for the basic service after I singed the pre write up sheet he remarks something telling me the price of the service I was chooses may be increase because of that they may need to add more oil to the engine of my vehicle. I was disappointed because this is the first time I heard that taking my van to have services at your dealer, he was warning me not be surprise if the service amount increase because of that other advisors never told me that I jus told him if the service he was offering me that was not for my vehicle , on the brochure all the services show 5 quarters I am not asking for anything free I just told him to be accurate with the information he is providing, I state him knowing how many quarters the engine of my vehicle need , he is the expert Jus to let you know I live in Orange I have a closes dealer to my house to do the services of my vehicle but I want to be loyal to keep a good relation. Just remember a good relation is built by good experiences which was no mine this time
