I arrived at the dealership without an appointment because I had a flat tire. i recently purchased my tires at Cerritos Nissan about 4 months ago.
I was waiting around the front desk to see who can help me .
Eric was the only one that asked if I needed help. Even though Eric was helping another customer, he still made an effort to ask if I needed help. All the other reps were busy on the phone or helping other customers . Eric was able to help me with my tire claim and he even gave me his business card to follow up. Not only did he get the claim approved , Eric was able to squeeze me in on my next available day to bring the car to get my tire replaced. The service was quicker than expected and I appreciate his good customer service and his prompt response.
Manager Peter and Paloma are great people for the clients. I give them 5 stars.

was told it would take 2-3 hours to get my car serviced, ended up taking almost 3 and a half. originally went in to get my oil changed and basic maintenance then ended up leaving $300 later, he explained to me that i needed to get this done by 30,000 miles but i had not reached it yet i was only at 28,000. major miscommunication between both of us.
