I had a great experience with my tech and the service provided to my vehicle.
The problem I had was I sent my wife for a oil change with a appointment at 10am they said I needed a new air filter too told them go ahead and change it which they did my wife got out of there 3hours later for just a oil change and new air filter I could’ve did it myself and took 30minutes but didn’t really have the time since I’ve been working 12hr days at work
Eric was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything where we could understand what was going on with our vehicle. He was very pleasant and kept us informed with updates through out the day. We are very stating sfied with service we received.

The job was done beautifully. My car was clean and in the same condition I left it in, actually I think it might have been better, since it was washed. Jaime was amazing, he explained everything that was going to happen to my vehicle. After picking my vehicle up he explained everything that happen. I also had a issues and he was ready to assist. He was amazing.

When I booked the appointment today and ask about my prepaid services they never answer my questions. When I picked up I found out about the ridiculous charge for a oil change. The service guy seemed very irritated that I asked about the charges this was the first time I’ve ever been charged for an oil change. He said the computers were running slow. I have one more service with zaktak. After that I will never come back to this rude service place again.
Jaime was great throughout the entire process. From the moment I called and booed my appointment to the moment I was out the door with my oil change. Thanks again for taking care of my vehicle.
