Eric did an amazing job. I took my vehicle to 3 different mechanics and he was able to find the issue on my car and fix it in a reasonable time. His customer service was amazing. He communicated all the information and explained all the steps that would be taken to fix my car and made sure I understood. Thank you!
Well communicated regarding the issue. Car was washed outside, but a bit dusty inside. May have kept the windows open.

Dropped off car at 7am didn’t get my car back until 4pm just for them to tell me they didn’t have the part for my car and have to wait until Monday or Tuesday just to let you guys know when they will ship the part to your location, so my car didn’t have to sit there for 9 hours just so you guys to tell me you need to order the part and my Car was left dirty wasn’t washed like they said they would do..
Erick was awesome. He always kept us in touch and did what he could on helping us with a discount since Cerritos fixes the same issue less than two years prior.
