Brian is the only agent I’ve worked with and I will continue that. His service is exceptional and when he explains things it’s very honest and trustworthy. I value his opinion on my car because I know it’s coming from a good place. Brian needs a bonus this Christmas !! Value your workers as much as you value your customers opinion. This is a prime example of a worker always doing the right thing and looking for nothing in return because they love what they do. Reward him.

Carlos was very helpful and nice great customer service my second time getting help from him.
Brian did a great job however the tech that applied the Zaktek protection did not appear to apply it to the level as the rest of the truck. The top did not have a smooth finish and Brian confirmed that.
Tony should be a supervisor ok.

Eric was polite and professional. I told him what I came in for ,he didn't try to sale me something I didn't need. He told me what time my car would be ready and he kept his promise...it was 30 min earlier than promised.

While the staff, and Tony especially, we're exceptional, it took six hours to replace one part, the size of a walnut, on my door handle. The part cost $20. The labor cost to snap it onto the door handle was $120. While I confess to not knowing much about the automotive industry, the cost and time seems excessive. While I know you likely can't change much about it, you asked me for my comments.

Only issue is, I’m out $40 for providing my own transportation home.
Eric explained Nissan is not providing transportation due to Covid19.
Other than that, exceptional service.
