I was helped by Brian in the service department. He later told me everything is fine and that they also cleaned my break pad as well. As I was leaving, I noticed a clutching sound everytime I pressed on the break, a sound that I never heard before. I brought it up to Brian's attention and he asssured me its normal for all Nissan. I insisted its not normal. Ive owned previous Nissan before and this break noise isnt normal. Then later he told me he will reschedule me another day to fix this noise issue instead of fixing it right then and there. I am extremely dissapointed in his customer service and knowledge of service. After leaving your place, I called Nissan and they open a claim for me.

Very, very frustrated with your dealership (not the tech). We bought a certified used Armada last year from you. At the time, we got both free two year maintenance package and extended warranty. At time of our first oil change, tech suggested a several hundred dollar maintenance service. This was thoroughly unexpected based upon timing of our purchase (it should have had its major done) and assurances for two years free maintenance. Not sure we will ever visit your dealership again.
