Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable but 20 minutes of driving my car, the check engine light came back. Now I have to bring my car back to the dealership.

I scheduled an appointment early 7am and was immediately told that the system was down and services were limited but I wasn’t told to what exactly. After check in I was offered a rental car free of expense but ended up being charged the full price on my invoice after leaving my car overnight for service. The service agent didn’t even know my name when calling back, and I was so embarrassed going to back and fourth to enterprise for the car rental because the rates were wrong so I had to get them adjusted. The car rental place had to put a hold on my card because they had to create a pending case for the rental due to more miss information from Nissan. Still waiting on my $200 deposit hold from enterprise.
Carlo was kool answer all my question with out no ****! I like his style need more like carlo thanks carlo.
