Showed Jacob a coupon from Cerritos Nissan website, before write up, assumed I would get a discount due to spending over $300 dollars in Maintenance; once I picked up my car, I asked to see the bill, and didn’t notice my discount on my invoice, even though he said he applied it to the service, that was in correct; because he first quoted me $341, on my write up, without my coupon, if the total was 341+ 10 dollars in tax came out to 351, than were was my discount at; why advertise coupons on your website if your not going to honor them, but he did go back and applied it, I saved 30 dollars; I appreciate him fixing it for me..ANOTHER THING, this is in regards to sales department, can you stop harassing me about selling my vehicle, I AM IN NO POSITION IN SALING MY VEHICLE, I emailed them and told them constantly on the phone.

Eric is extremely thorough and has exceptional customer service skills. I've had several bad experiences with the dealership where I purchased the vehicle at. I'm glad I gave Cerritos Nissan a chance. I'm very pleased with the service.

Arrived for my 920 am appointment. Saw multiple service reps not helping anyone, meanwhile I'm just sitting waiting for someone to assist me. I informed one that I had an appointment. He came over, then left without saying anything. He supposedly told another gentleman to assist me. That gentleman comes over and ask who my appointment was with. I informed him then he shouts to the previous gentleman who my appointment is with. He leaves without assisting me.So 10 minutes have passed. Another customer pulls up and a service rep immediately comes out and assists him. I ask the rep how does it work here, because I've been waiting and still has not received any assistance. Meanwhile someone just pulls up and is assisted immediately. So she goes to get my service rep Jacob who is apparently still assisting a previous customer. I assume Jacob asked another service rep to check me in finally. That rep seemed to have a slight attitude while assisting me. But I disregard it because atleast now my car and info is being processed to move forward. It's completely ridiculous how the system there operates. To have to wait until your particular service rep is available even if it's 30 minutes later, while others coming after you are helped is insane. You should be assisted by whomever is available when you arrive.

I was expecting a report on multiple critical points of my vehicle based on the technician checking and inspection so that I would know what are the things that are needed for future repairs or maintenance and even replacement if there are any.

Brian provided great customer service. He offered a rental as the wait time was going to be much longer than expected. He also called and text to inform me of the statues of vehicle. My car was finished sooner than I expected as well. 10’s across the board!
