Knowing that I’m coming into Cerritos Nissan having Eric overseeing the care of my vehicle has me rest assured that everything will be taken care of. He is very honest and straightforward with what needs to be addressed. I am very appreciative that he never talks down to me or treats me differently for not understanding something because I am a female. He is patient and takes time to inform me of everything that will occur. Truly appreciative of his customer service.
Just super laxed. There is no customer service at cerritos. They take your car and just forget about you. Poor service, I wish I would have never bought the extended warranty and would have got my car somewhere else. Really big let down. 10 min dropp off turned into an hour and 20 min of nothing but waiting.
