Larry was so helpful and made sure I understood the terms of my contract. He also explained all of the services I am entitled to and when I need to get them. I felt very comfortable and left knowing my vehicle was in capable hands. What a pleasant experience!

I PAID 160 dollars of my hard earned money and they didn't fix anything or tell me what is wrong with it, I will never use your service again and plan on sharing this story on social media. It is unreal that I was billed for two hours for diagnostics and still don't have a verdict

I am massively disappointed with the service I received and the way I was treated. Since my vehicle is not under warranty, I will be taking it elsewhere for maintenance or repair work, if needed. I will still go through Auffenberg only for the Auto Butler work. Your service department manager needs to be reminded of the appropriate way to speak to customers, especially when the customer is spending almost $600 at your shop. Do not contact me further unless it is with an apology.

Great service, really appreciate the text msg on the progress of the repair. Picked up car before the cashier was in and the service writers were busy with other customers and parts mgs realized I was waiting so he completed my paperwork and cashed out my ticket. That's great service.

I live in New Baden and a courtesy car would b awesome!!if your service is > 2 hours!! Mine was 3 1/2 hrs!!

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The only issue we had is the sticker on the window says our next oil change should be April 19, 2019 or 50 miles.

Mike- I hope I'm writing to the correct person. I'm assuming you are the general manager. If you're not, please forward this to the correct person as I want credit to be given where it is deserved. Today I took my car in for a simple oil change but I left with a wonderful feeling that I was well taken care of and respected. Not only did Larry help me with a coupon that I couldn't access, he offered me a bottled water for the road. A simple gesture.....but it spoke volumes. As I left to go find my car, I noticed it was ready for me right outside the door and had been washed. Again, that might not seem like a lot to some people but I was extremely impressed and very grateful. Thank you for your superior service!!!!!!! Julie C
