Kia service department is always helpful and efficient! The folks that answer the phones have been less so recently. I never received a call back during the high call volume recently. Hold times are ridiculous.

Our visit on April 20th, we were completely satisfied with the service we received. However wish they would have taken my issue a little more seriously the first time we brought it into the service department. We live 45 minutes away and it was a lot of unnecessary traveling and gas when the issue could have been taken care of the first time.
