Joe was a pro from start to finish keeping me updated on the car’s progress. He was attentive and helpful and I appreciated the excellent service he offered.
The car developed a rattle in the dash over the gauge cluster when it was about 3 months old. I’ve asked the Service department to try to fix it pretty much every time I’ve been in for service. Not only do they never find it, it actually gets worse every time. Since the last attempt, it now has a new rattle on the passenger side as well. It’s been almost four years now, and these guys can’t seem to fix the noise. I was hesitant to ask again when I was there last week, but did anyway. Joe in Service told me he’d have to charge me $135 to look for it, but couldn’t guarantee they’d find anything since it was raining that day. Even after I noted that it had been doing it since new, he still insisted he’d have to charge me. Nope, no thanks. Not sure I’ll be back for any more service at this dealership. If they can’t find a problem after four years, and want to charge me to not find it and probably make it worse yet again, I don’t see how I can have any confidence in any work they’re doing.

Except for the extended wait time!
We told the service technicians that we have had two different times where after an oil change the car leaks oil in our garage. The first time they said it was just oil that leaked off the guard under the car that oil was getting trapped and leaking and that same time the technician had left oil/grease mark on the seat. They also had to retent a window after they did a recall on parts in the door and scratched the tent. The other day I went and had problems with my AC. I have an extended warranty that I purchased and now I have to pay a 100$ deductible just to get that fixed. My experience with Kia has not been very good at all over the last 2 years.
Josh let his word. That means a lot to me. They need more help after 5 though

The service was great, the employee’s were all very nice, and the waiting area and accommodations were all wonderful as well. The only thing that I was displeased about was how long the wait was. But, I can understand and sympathize with them, when they have a team member call off at the last minuet and are busier than normal.
Had appointment for oil change and had to wait 2 hours.
