replaced and even the axle. Was very pleased.

One big plus would be for us that bought the refinsh contract on our new car that live as far away as I do would be to furnish us with a loaner car 5 hour's is way to long to sit in a waiting room your shop is the only dealer when I've purchased a new car that had a long service wait that doesn't

I think customer service was good. However, for a car even if it is used to break down with not even 2000 miles out on it since purchase has me worried. I spent 150 on towing and additional 350. I just paid 4500 down . I have a mini van I bought there new 14 years ago and it has never left me stranded or with a huge bill. My son just purchase a Volkswagen there it has been in the shop as well due to key breaking off and could not get anyone to pick up on shop phone. Then when I get my report back on my vehicle it said I needed an additional 550 for fluids and filters. Said I failed on those thing.shouldnt that have been done before I purchased a 15,000 car and drove it off the lot. I would think so.. I love my salesman and he was awesome...just not happy that I had to be out 500 in the first 2 months of having it.
In and out quickly. Told me what they were doing - how long it would take and they were right on time. Very friendly and accommodating.
