The requested service and repair was timely and performed better than expected. I would like to thank Jamie for providing a loaner for use to get me to my appointments. Jamie also kept me updated on the service status. At pickup I was notified of a bad wheel bearing, why was I not told beforehand and given the opportunity to approve that maintenance? I believe it is a repair that is both needed and could have been done while the car was already there. Now there will be another service to schedule.
