Didn't understand why I needed to pay for an "update" when the system was do severely malfunctioning and required a module replacement which your staff predicted to begin with. My truck antenna was removed I guess for washing. When I got home it was almost falling out of the mount due to not being tightend at the shop. Last under today's pandemic climate i did not appreciate the tendency of your staff to closely crowd me to talk or look at paperwork. I'm elderly and was wearing a mask-keep your dang distance. Better yet wear a mask if your customer does. But my sync system is much better now.

I called about 1:30pm and was told that they could fit me in at 3:20pm. When I arrived and told the Service Department why I was there, the attendant asked if I was dropping my car off for a next day service. I told him that I was getting same day service. I was done in less than an hour. It's a clean and quiet waiting room with a tv. It's home away from home. They take good care of my vehicle. When they take care of my vehicle, they are taking care of me. They are the best in town.

Service was great, Technician was great! actually reminded me of my Jaguar dealership with the texting on status of your vehicle. Even offered to wash vehicle but was was not in service.

They did a really good job cleaning the inside of my vehicle. It looked almost brand new again. But the main reason I took it in was for the odor. For the most part the odor was gone, but you could still smell it. I worry that as the days progress it’s going to come back full strength. If it does I will most likely bring it back. Currently I would give them 4 stars.

The detail was not detailed at all also had water in the trunk it rained so maybe they had it open or maybe when power washing also was missing my lighter. Also from washing car had paint chips probably to close with the pressure washer
