I used the drop box after hours and was about to call on Monday when James reached out to me and answered all my questions. Work was done quickly and James kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciated the texts which were easier for me to respond to than phone calls. Great job and thank you!

Everything was good, except I was offered a vehicle to use because there was a software error when I previously had my rear camera replaced. That wasn’t available. Otherwise, all good thanks.

Problem not solved. The door sign at the service department says "of course we can service it, we built it", but that has not been my experience. Totally disappointed.
