I sat from 8 until 2pm. Since Covid has stopped the shuttle service, this was an all day affair. Made me wonder why the dealer even sets up appointments. You would think for an oil change and tire rotation that the time would have been in and out.

I want to thank and acknowledge both James and Jerry Mitchel involvement and work related to my truck repair. Thay were awesome assuring I was aware through ever step of the issue with my truck. Thomas Julian goes above and beyond for us. When I arrived to drop my car off, he had all of the paperwork ready for me and a car waiting. I so appreciated the updates and communication. He is truly the best!
