Why do you have the progress of your vehicle via text message if it don’t work. I had to call via landline to see if my vehicle was done and it was for some time.

Quick service this time! Only complaint wish they had vacuumed the back floor board. The wash job was excellent. I bought floor mats for my Ford Focus with my Ford Pass Rewards. Made my day!

The person servicing my car had muddy shoes and my mats in my car were covered after the service. Last service, the person doing the service noted on my sheet that two tires were in yellow but now they are all green. I have not gotten new tires. First service, the servicer marked off that all fluids were topped off or good to go. Not the case as the wiper fluid was empty a few days after the service. I don’t feel that my car is getting the quality service I’m paying for. Will not be coming back for service on my Ford.
