I received a coupon for "The Works" for $49.95. When I had the work done, I was given $10 off of $70.50 charge for the work. If coupons are not going to be honored, why did I receive it? Next, my radio antenna was laying in the console between the front seats. No, it was not broken, it was unscrewed. If it had to be taken off, why couldn't it have been put back on? The carwash didn't even look like it had been done after it dried. There were big muddy spots on the back bumper and the bottom of the vehicle on both sides was still dirty.
