Probably won’t choose to go anywhere else. Had a bunch of work done right before a 1500 mile trip, had my wife and I nervous. And the truck and trip was flawless! Will be back!

We had a 10am appointment for a bed liner installation - about a 30 minute job. Gary acted like we were bothering him & when asked about how long it would take, Gary said it would be done before 5pm. It wasn't completed until almost 4pm. We live an hour away & thus we wasted an entire day. Not sure why they bother with making appointments.

Certainly feels like the kind of service department trying to up sell required maintenance and things not really needed. Also, missing some transparency in costs. Still don’t know how an oil change plus $160 coolant service totals almost $300.

This was my annual visit and everything was checked out. In addition to the oil change, two other service needs were discovered and taken care of. This totally contributes to the quality of my vehicle and my safety on the road. I feel more confident and secure and thankful for their customer service and expertise.

I am very dissatisfied with the condition and appearance of my truck. If you look at my wheels they still have brake dust. There is mud n bug splatter still on the truck on my running boards muffler n different places on the truck the windshield is really bad n I am just bringing this to your attention but I also noticed my number guard hit something or was back into. Over all this has to be the worst job I have received from the shop.
