Very helpful. I had multiple things on my vehicle that I wanted the service dept to take a look at. James communicated throughout the day and notified me before any maintenance was performed so I could decide if I wanted them to do it. Overall 10/10 experience today!

James is always professional and courteous to myself and my wife. I have been dealing with him since the first vehicle I bought from this dealership. Unfortunately I have been experiencing several problems with my 2019 F250 that should not be taking place. If I have another problem with my 2019 (pretty much a brand new truck) I’m going to believe you have sold me some type of “lemon” Aside from that everything is great.
