Thomas took great interest into my concern with what was causing my battery to drain. First time I seen someone at a Ford service actually take notes to figure out what the problem could be, especially since this wasn’t the first time I brought my truck into a Ford dealership to get looked at. So nice to come to a dealership with a can do attitude. Everyone treats their customers with respect and talks to each other with respect. It was noticed and appreciated. Also due to the cold temperature they didn't wash my car but they gave me a voucher for a free wash. This is why we choose this dealership for our Ford service. Thank you, Jim and Lois Peacock

I have to say with being stationed in Missouri and already going to multiple auto shops and talking to multiple people, I’ve never had someone go as above and beyond as James did. My car was finished in 30 min and it’s running better than ever! I am more than confident going back in a month to get my tires changed! I recommend going to Ed Morse Ford Saint Robert to get all your car needs taken care of. It’s a big relief to know my car is in good hands and these people know what they’re doing ! Thank you !

Roger, I have noticed over the years he always knew if he did all he could to help keep the company in the black and the customer happy with excellent service he and his family would always be taken care of.
