Absolutely perfect! While traveling we had issues with a new vehicle and he was prompt and attentive. He had the service bulletins pulled prior to the tech getting the ticket-greatly speeding up the process. Nothing but A+!!!

I dropped off my F150 on Thursday the 10th at 1730. By 10am on Friday my F150 was diagnose with a driver's side bearing failure. I was told that parts came in on Thursday the 17th and my truck wasn't fixed until the afternoon on the 18th. I got my truck on the 18th at 1715. I was told my truck was test driven... I get that but I had washed my truck prior to drop off only to find mud splashed all over my truck. I bought my truck from your dealership. I drive past two dealers to return to yours. I fully expected faster and better service.

Tom has the highest customer service standards of any service tech I have dealt with in the 20 plus years of living in the area. He consistantly goes above and beyond to ensure I know what is going on with my repairs. You are very lucky to have him on your staff.
