Friendly people and fast service, easy to schedule a appointment but my vehicle wasn’t even close to be clean. Mud still on the rims and the running boards and had streaks of mud on the front bumper.

I don't know who James is. I thought I was dealing with Brian from the text I received about the updates on my truck. Name tags would help us who have memory issues. I will continue to use Morse Ford. I cannot complain about the service or the service advisors. Seem like a good team.

Easy to make the appointment, great staff with smiles early in the morning, and my vehicle was done quickly. I had a question about something on the invoice and the Service Writer explained the entire ticket to me so I am familiar with the information on my service orders. Great service.
