Had I not called to check on my truck at 4pm it wouldn't have gotten the oil changed after it sitting there all day. I dropped it off just just before 7am and put the keys in the drop box and they said the envelope with the key got hung up in the box... I would have gotten there and my truck wouldnt have been done! It was a good thing I called. Need a larger box

I got home and my car would not start. The paperwork that I received said my battery level was in the green. I needed to call AAA and get a jump so that I can then go purchase a brand new battery. I find it hard to believe that a battery can go from green to dead in a few hours. I believe the checklist wasn’t done properly. If it was, I believe that my battery would have been in the yellow or red and able to be replaced while I was already there for my service appointment
