The the courtesy driver was very nice and professional. The gentleman that I received the vehicle from was very nice and explained what was wrong with my vehicle and I don’t have a clue about cars. Overall great visit

He was curtious, explained everything to us. Very quick to get us a loaner car, with then doctor appointment we had that loaner car let us keep a very-important appointment. We need more people like him at many businesses. Thank you for all he did for us .

Aside from not knowing if I would have a loaner vehicle, everything went smoothly and Thomas Julien helped me the entire way. I never felt uninformed about my vehicle and it was completed faster than anticipated. Great job.
