I had to call at 445 had not heard my vehicle was ready and really needed a shuttle ride to come get it and had to pay over the phone so I could get my truck after service and cashier hours still have the unidentified noise in the front left also

Since my first request for help in January 1989, you have demonstrated complete dedication to your customers. You found a ground fault in my '86 Ranger and fixed it - while invoking the factory warranty.(I bought it before leaving Germany and took delivery from Jerry's Ford, Alexandria, Virginia). Keep up the good work!

Jim was complete in his dealings with me. He did what I asked and made recommendations as to what I needed currently. I agreed I all of that. Sellers Sexton was kind to provide transportation to and from my house.

I love the shuttle service. It is very convenient for me. Staff is friendly and listens to me when I describe symptoms of problem. I am very pleased.

The service people weren’t very polite and friendly on the phone. They weren’t rude either, but they didn’t make me feel comfy and welcome like the folks I. The show room who sometimes over do it. Thanks for reading.
