Very happy with my service & advisor. Altho it did take longer than anticipated advisor kept me informed about the progress & supplied me with loaner that had 62 miles til empty but was reimbursed for gas. He was very accommodating. While I really appreciated the wash & vacuum I had to windex drivers window from techs greasy hands. Alto I asked what all the recalls entailed and advisor tried to explain I really have no idea what was done. Shuttle service waa very helpful!

Only thing I did not like was when I called ahead to get prices for an oil change and gave them my car make and model.. and they told me there were two packages, one was $45 and one was $55. Then when I get there I find out the cheapest oil change I could get ended up costing me $64 and some change because the CHEAPEST package was actually around $55. Then the prices just went up to about $99 and even higher from there. Where did they get the $45 quote from? Is that how you get people to come in?

My truxk’s heater went out rot before leaving for an elk hunt in Colorado. The staff got my vehicle in right away and had it fixed within hours. Saved my bacon- really appreciate that.

I understand that if you cannot replicate an issue it makes it very hard and time-consuming to chase down to fix. Think about the liability and safety factors affected due diligence is not taken to hunt the problem down. My vehicle was brought in for throttle that would surge forward at slow speed‘s. This is generally at stop lights or in a parking lots. It’s at those times the truck surges forward without input from the driver. It’s also at those times when it’s most imperative to have control over your vehicle. You would figure with enough computer components there should be a log of system functions or error codes to check for. And I am not a mechanic therefore I did bring my vehicle in I just did not feel satisfied because the problem could not be addressed .
