Normally, your service department gives incredible service. I don't know what happened this last time, though, but our car was not vacuumed out and I do not believe it was washed either. If it was washed, it was a quick rinse. We were getting ready to go on a trip, so had to take a dirty car on a long trip after paying $270 for service. So, not very happy at this time. Randall D
