I had an appt for 1pm. It was 2:45 before my car was ready. It’s never taken more than an hour before, which is still plenty long. 10000 miles ago your price was $40, 5000 miles ago it had risen to $50, and yesterday 5000 later, it had risen to $60. You can likely figure out why I am not happy and why I will no longer be a customer.

Took nearly 11 weeks to get one airbag and install. That is entirely too long to me. Service while my car was there, great!

Don't know who roger sutton is. But tom Julien is absolutely outstanding, and Chris his boss goes above and beyond on a regular basis. I mean seriously... I own three newer fords, ask serviced by SS. I bought the latest one there (hats off to Jesse in sales by the way). Both Tom AND Chris will walk out to your car if you have a question about the service or an issue with your car. Stellar.

I was VERY satisfied with the service I received at Sellers-Sexton Ford. We always received excellent service for our Ford F 150 pick-up. I recently began using using Sellers—Sexton for routine service for my Honda Odyssey when I didn’t feel like driving all the way to Springfield to the Honda dealer. This time I also purchased new tires! Every employee treats me with respect. They explain everything that will be done. And they wash my vehicle when they are done !! Thank you!!!
